The Maintenance Tech performs interior and external preventative maintenance and basic repairs in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations.Maintenance and Repairs
- Maintenance Conduct routine inspections of mechanical,
- Perform repairs , including fixing leaks replacement faulty components troubleshooting equipment failures
- Ensure all building systems are operational comply with safety regulations
- Emergency Response Respond promptly to emergency situations take appropriate actions ensure guest staff safety
- Collaborate other departments emergency services address critical situations effectively
