We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of t4i's most critical, complex, and high-impact technical initiatives.
This role operates at the intersection of technology strategy execution.
You will steward enterprise-wide programs that span multiple platforms organizations stakeholders.
+Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of t4i's most critical cross-organizational technical programs partnering executive leaders product management engineering teams
- Influence technical priorities investment decisions across multiple domains ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy
Qualifications
- ,Proven program leadership 12+ years experience leading delivering complex large-scale technical programs within highly matrixed organizations,,Strong understanding software architecture development lifecycles modern engineering practices including Agile iterative delivery models,,Executive communication exceptional written verbal communication skills demonstrated ability influence align stakeholders levels senior executives,,Data-driven mindset experience using data assess program health identify risks drive decision-making familiarity analytics emerging technologies expected.,Bachelor's degree Computer Science Engineering related field equivalent practical experience PMP Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated program leadership experience preferred+,valid_job
