    We are looking for a talented Senior Packaging Design Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-quality packaging designs.

    The Senior Packaging Design Manager will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of packaging design projects, from concept development through to final production.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging design, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration.

    This individual will work closely with our cross functional teams, external design agencies, and production partners to ensure that each project is delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


    You'll make an impact by:


    Ability to lead and manage packaging design projects from concept development through final production; ensuring they are delivered on time, aligning to the internal design briefs, while maintaining the brand DNA integrity.

    Build, maintain, and enhance effective internal and external partnerships through demonstrated integrity.
    Understand the packaging production process and how to establish print requirements.
    Coordinating and communicating with design agencies, external production partners and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise throughout packaging projects, identifying, communicating, and implementing creative solutions.
    Have the ability to translate packaging concepts into packaging mechanicals for external agencies.
    Ensuring all packaging designs meet relevant industry standards, legal/compliance regulations, and sustainability requirements.
    Provide respectful, effective, timely feedback to others. Seek, internalize, and utilize feedback to make necessary changes.

    Implementing artwork in the development of packaging, design, and brand style guidesDrive innovation, inspire creativity, and ensure product of unique and high-quality packaging artwork and mechanicals.

    Preferred Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field and 5 years' experience in marketing, branding, packaging, retail, or related areaKnowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and creative best practices.

    Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and project management toolsUnderstanding of packaging materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processesExperience with supervising a team in the execution of packaging design.
