- Evaluating patients by conducting various tests
- Teaching patients and their families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs
- Contributing to the development and updates of the physician's care plan
- Completing necessary documentation in a timely manner
- Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Active Registered Physical Therapist License
- Valid State Driver's License
- 1 year(s): Geriatrics
