About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. As a Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission to provide high-quality care and assistance to those in need. Your main responsibility will be to assist our staff in daily tasks and activities, such as providing companionship to patients, organizing events, and helping with administrative tasks. Your contribution will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or social assistance setting
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Fluency in multiple languages
Responsibilities:
- Assist staff in daily tasks and activities
- Provide companionship to patients

- Help with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
As a Volunteer, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide companionship to patients and assist staff in daily tasks. Your strong organizational and time management skills will be essential in organizing events and helping with administrative tasks. Additionally, your compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families will make a significant impact on their lives. Fluency in multiple languages, if applicable, will be beneficial in communicating with patients and their families who may have limited English proficiency.
