- Assemble mechanical components, harnesses, cables, and printed circuit board (PCB) subassemblies in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings
- Perform product preparation activities including wire prep, sleeving, auto-bonding, and spray application
- Install basic hardware including screws, washers, nuts, and fasteners
- Operate and verify torque tools and pull-test equipment
- Interpret and follow build documentation, parts lists, routers, and production work instructions
- Conduct visual inspections of assemblies and subassemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic troubleshooting within the scope of the role
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure proper equipment sanitation
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment (WHMIS compliance)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 0+ years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and hardware installation
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation
- Ability to use torque tools and basic production tooling
- Ability to work on-site in a production/manufacturing environment
