Job Duties will include:
Scheduling Loads with customer
Setting Pickup and Delivery Appointments
Manage Email and make sure responses are sent in a timely manner.
Managing inbound and outbound calls
Tracking and Tracing in Transit Moves
Building and Customer and Carrier Relations
Dispatching and Managing Over the Road freight Shipments
Managing Customer Relationships and effective communication and response time
