    Job Summary
    As the Financial Analyst, you will be a highly motivated and intellectually curious contributor.

    Reporting to the Manager of FP&A and working closely with the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support senior finance leaders and assigned functional areas.

    The role requires the ability to complete many high priority responsibilities simultaneously with increasing accuracy and efficiency. You will have a strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
    Responsibilities


    • Prepare financial reports (e.g., income statements, monthly closing reports, and management reporting) according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other regulatory requirements.
    • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
    • Partner with business leaders across OnSolve to prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and ad hoc projects.
    • Compare forecasted versus actual results and identify variance drivers.
    • Support ongoing assessment of financial performance, risks, and opportunities and support timely and proactive recommendations.
    • Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
    • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications


    • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
    • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Accountable, flexible, and professional demeanor.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • General knowledge of internal controls over financial statements.
    Preferred Qualifications


    • NetSuite experience.
    • Planful/Host Analytics or similar reporting and planning software experience.
    Travel


    • Less than 5%
