    Description

    The Technical Delivery Manager - This role serves as the main customer success contact whose responsibility it is to ensure a seamless customer experience. As the liaison between the customer and our internal teams, key responsibilities would include:

    - Managing and coordinating all support requests and customer communications.

    - Prioritizing requests and allocating them with the appropriate internal resources.

    - Working with OEM support to ensure tickets are opened correctly with the respective vendors.

    - Tracking OEM tickets on behalf of the customer through resolution.

    Today, they do not have a formal ticketing system in place—support is managed via email and phone. This is something they want to change, and are planning to implement a ticketing system. Ideally, the candidate would also have experience standing up and/or administering a ticketing platform and could help implement and operationalize it.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Ridge, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $ $65.00/hr.
