The role of houseparent requires couples who are dedicated, compassionate, and committed to providing guidance, supervision, support, and love to our students. As part of our team, you will reside in an on-campus student home with approximately 8-13 students. Your primary responsibilities include:
< p > Upon hire , Flex House parents initially support various homes across campus following assigned shift rotations . On weekdays , when not engaged in duties related to the care of residents or academic responsibilities , qualified candidates enjoy free time while they observe regular school hours during these scheduled breaks away from residential responsibilities .
