    Responsibilities:

    • Assist patients in maintaining, restoring, and enhancing movement, activity, and function
    • Conduct interventions, reexaminations, modifications, and discharge planning
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Qualifications:

    • Current PT license specific to your state
    • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
    • Minimum of one year of related experience for PTs entering home health care
    • Current CPR certification

    Compensation is based on labor costs across various U.S. markets and may vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
