    We are a boutique IT recruiting agency that strictly works with IT consulting companies and managed services providers. We place candidates on a permanent, full time basis (no contract or contract-to-hire positions).


    Job Description

    Right now we're working with a boutique IT consulting company that is based in Santa Barbara.

    This company provides end-to-end IT services for small and medium sized businesses in the area as well IT services for high net-worth individuals.

    This position is a Tier 1/Tier 2 helpdesk role where you'd be providing end user support to the customer base on a daily basis, both remotely and on-site in person when necessary.


    Candidates must live in the area and have reliable transportation to Santa Barbara.


    This position is ideal for the candidate who wants to learn and grow into a more senior level senior admin/senior engineer position.

    There's plenty of room to advance.

    Salary goes up to $70,000.


    Qualifications

    Candidates that have experience working for an MSP/IT consulting company are highly sought after

    1-2+ years of experience in IT end-user support

    Experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration and support

    Experience with Office 365 administration and support

    Experience with MDM management such as InTune

    Basic network support skills

    Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
