Our Client, a local construction company, is adding a Project Accountant / Bookkeeper to the team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• AIA Invoicing
• Create Change Orders
• Submit weekly Pay Applications to clients
• Job Costing support - tracking expenses for jobs and creating spreadsheets of job costs; trackong of employee hours on jobsites
• Preparing daily Flash Reports
• Prepare Reports showing projections of cash flow
• Create Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Accounts payables and receivables including collections
• Prepare reports of Account Receivables now and based on future contracts
• Booking housing for the various travelling crews.

Requirements:

• 2+ years construction project accounting and bookkeeping
• AIA Billing Invoicing experience and Change Order filing experience
• QuickBooks & Microsoft Excel
• Degree a plus, not required
• Ability to be in the office daily
• Excellent professional communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work some overtime as needed with the team
• Bilingual Spanish a plus, not required
