Job description
Join the Dispatch team as a Call Center Representative, where you'll work in a vibrant, multi-business complex that fosters a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, offering ample opportunities for networking and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure swift and accurate responses to alarm signals, prioritizing customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
Utilize outstanding verbal skills and maintain composure while addressing individual customer needs.
Keep meticulous records of all actions taken during calls to ensure accuracy and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in customer service with a genuine passion for helping people.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced problem-solving and deductive reasoning abilities.
Comfortable sitting while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods.
Ability to thrive under moderately stressful situations.
Efficient and accurate typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.
Proficiency in juggling multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously.

Shift Hours:
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Requirements:
Ability to arrive early or stay late as customer needs dictate.
This role may require working at least one weekend day per week.
Typically a 3-6 month contract before transitioning to Direct Hire.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
