    24 hour pager call coverage
    1-3 inpatients rounded daily with 1 delivery per day average
    Hospital setting with daily rounding required including weekends
    Vaginal and cesarean deliveries required
    ED consults for obstetrics and gynecology patients as needed
    2-4 NST and observations daily
    No inpatient midlevel support available
    APP clinic support with locum backup for emergent situations
    We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
    We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
    We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
