    This automotive manufacturing parts supplier is experiencing growth and is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer. This is your opportunity to work with a talented group of engineering professionals who enjoy the challenge & fast pace of manufacturing.

    As the Continuous Improvement Engineer, youll be responsible for developing strategies that focus on improving efficiency, quality and productivity of the facility. You must be able to identify key issues and develop a sustainable, team driven solution through leadership skills and lean manufacturing tools.

    As the Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    • Assisting production operations to drive improvement using continuous improvement and lean techniques
    • Actively lead continuous improvement activities and scrap reduction projects
    • Identify key and standard performance metrics and perform quantitative analysis
    • Must assist in providing training in lean concepts and process optimization to all departments
    • Coordinate the quality control objectives to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost
    • Effective and thoroughly communicate process opportunities, plan for solutions, status of improvement implementations and the validation of results.
