An established manufacturer in Orange County seeks an organized professional to support database management for sales operations. This is a temp-hire role offering excellent benefits after direct hire.
$ 60K – 75K per year, exempt

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree
2+ years' experience in database management and inventory control
SAP database management experience
Automotive OEM, commercial truck, power equipment industry or related industry experience is preferred
Procedural with a high attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Analytical and organized

Responsibilities

:

Process and maintain master data characteristics, variant configurator data, dependencies, and pricing
Procure new and revise existing data inputs
Support system requirements of production and distribution with all distributors IT departments including establishment of priorities, testing of results, approval of implementation, and notification to field/regional staff
Monitor reports and systems for discrepancies such as pricing errors, invoicing problems, incorrect options
Coordinate new model year planning across various departments
Support sales operations in all areas including fleet administration, product allocation, and vehicle ordering
Support distribution department in all areas including dealer ordering
Other related duties as assigned

; Hybrid work schedule:

3 days per week is in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
