- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients and serve as a clinical leader for other staff
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment in accordance with hospital standards
- Administer medication and assist with special tests and procedures as needed
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans and discharge planning
- Ensure patient medical records contain necessary information and encourage patient participation in their own care
- Program graduate with nationally accredited nursing degree
- Current RN license in NM or reciprocal agreement state
- CPR, Basic Arrhythmia Cert, PALS, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certifications required; additional certifications in specialty areas preferred
- Heavy work with physical demand requirements in excess of those for medium work
- Sig Hazard: Chemicals, Bio Hazardous Materials req PPE
