Metal Fabrication Production Associate ( $17 per hour

Grants Pass, OR

Full Time; Temp-To-Hire

Daily Workflow:

» Assist fellow team members in making a high-quality product, free of defects, to fulfill customers' needs and expectations

» Will be fabricating metal flashing, drains, gutters

» Accurately complete all required production paperwork

» Keep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards

We're Seeking (skills, education, and screenings):

» Experience with sheet metal or relevant experience (required)

» Previous forklift experience is highly desired

» High School Diploma or GED is required

» Have steel-toed shoes/boots or the ability to get them

» Bend, push, carry, lifting up to 50 pounds

» Available to work up to a 10-hour shift when necessary

» Accurately read and interpret a tape measure

» Must be able to pass a drug test (THC ok)

» Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Schedule:

» Monday – Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm; mandatory overtime will occur
