Job Summary
This position performs routine clerical support duties including data entry typing customer service duties requiring knowledge of policies procedures operations of the St Louis Fire Department EMS.Responsibilities
- Performs customer service functions responds to customer inquiries questions gathers information verifies resolves problems advises customers policies procedures processes.
- Responsible many confidential records/information maintaining personnel files must maintain HIPAA-compliance documents sent other departments/agencies.
