Duties
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages engagement
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide detailed product information to assist in their decision-making process
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure the sales area is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process
