Job Description

Oversee project stages to ensure financial and quality objectives are met.
Manage field operations, work sequences, and coordination with Project Manager.
Review project plans, job costs, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
Lead project meetings, develop strategies, and manage subcontractor relations.
Ensure project safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Handle project documentation, including quality control reports, submittals, and RFI processes.
Lead project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, and system turnovers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
8+ years in heavy civil construction management, marine construction experience a plus.
Proficient in technical drawing, planning, and reporting systems.
Strong understanding of construction practices, project management, and budgeting.
Effective communicator and leader, skilled in interpersonal relations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HCSS HeavyJob, P6, SmartBuild (preferred).
US Citizen with a valid driver's license.

Team player with strong leadership qualities.
Ability to adapt to various management styles and work effectively with a team.
Selfmotivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
