    Job Description:
    We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Packaging Engineer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will handle designing and developing packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring functionality, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.

    As a Packaging Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets regulatory requirements and aligns with our company's goals and values.


    Responsibilities:
    Design and develop packaging solutions for our products, considering factors such as functionality, cost, and environmental impact.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure that packaging meets product specifications and requirements.
    Conduct testing and analysis to evaluate the performance of packaging materials and designs.
    Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the packaging process.
    Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to packaging design and engineering.
    Ensure that packaging meets regulatory requirements and guidelines.
    Work with suppliers to source packaging materials and equipment.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    2-5 years of experience in packaging design and engineering.
    Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
    Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and testing methods.
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging (e.g. ISTA).
    Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
