Position Overview

H4 Construction is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to generate new business for residential roofing, siding, and gutter services. This is a performance-based sales role that requires the ability to build and maintain your own book of business, generate leads, and close deals. WE PROVIDE STATE OF THE ART SOFTWARE TO MAKE QUOTING SIMPLE

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, and comfortable prospecting daily. This is not a "sit and wait for leads" position — you will be expected to actively network, canvass, follow up, and develop long-term referral relationships.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage your own leads through door knocking, networking, referrals, and prospecting
Build and maintain a personal book of business
Conduct roof, siding, and gutter inspections
Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present solutions
Prepare and present estimates
Follow up consistently to close sales
Develop relationships with realtors, property managers, insurance agents, and builders
Assist homeowners with insurance claims when applicable
Maintain detailed records of prospects and customers
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary

This is a commission-driven role designed for individuals who want control over their income and are willing to work for it.

Compensation

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred (construction or home improvement a plus)
