    Senior Contracts Support Specialists

    OBXtek has an immediate need for highly qualified Senior Contracts Support Specialists and Subject Matter Experts to support our U.S. Space Force contract in the El Segundo area.

    No travel anticipated but would occur less than five percent of the time on an occasional basis domestically.

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

      demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of any contract action including solicitations change proposals funding modifications award fee management

      The will have advanced expertise review contractual documents ensure adherence company policy government specifications requirements conformance master agreements.advise management contractual rights obligations interprets terms conditions-Advanced ability interpret issues regulations provide guidance changes law application policy/processes federal laws international trade commerce relations domestic state foreign governments/consult relevant legal precedents;Provide subject matter expert analysis presented data interpretation with appropriate sensitivity communicate effectively written speaking strategies formulated cohesive persuasive comprehensive reports ensuring proper technical information conveyed accurately explain complex topics clearly.
