    **Class-A CDL OTR Company Driver Opportunity**

    We are seeking an experienced Class-A CDL driver to join our team as a company driver. This role offers a unique blend of independence and support, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination over-the-road (OTR)
    • Load and unload cargo at designated terminals
    • Maintain accurate logs and records of shipments

    Requirements:

    • Valid Class-A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
    • 1 year of experience in tractor-trailer operation within the last 3 years
    • Ability to obtain a TWIC card (company will reimburse)

    Pay and Benefits:

    • Competitive pay rates starting at $0.715 per mile for loads over 250 miles
    • 28.50% of line haul for loads under 250 miles
    • Averaging $1,800 gross per week
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

    Run Details:

    • Typically out 7-10 days, home 1-2 times during the week

    Bonuses:

    • Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus based on tanker experience

    Onboarding Process:

    • Orientation every Monday
