SG Elections Assistants should be familiar with SG Elections code (Title VI and Policies and Procedures). The Assistants' primary roles will be on the marketing side of SG Elections.

While the duties encompass the general responsibilities of the SG Elections Assistants, each has their own specialized role within the commission.

Graphics Coordinator will create graphics for marketing and design purposes for the Office of Elections. The Marketing Coordinator will manage the social media accounts and assist in marketing endeavors and events. They will also collaborate with the Graphics Coordinator to create graphics for marketing materials.

• Assumes the duties of the Deputy and/or Elections Commissioner in the event of their absence.
• Serves as members of the Office of Elections
• Shall not be candidates for any Student Government office nor in affiliation in any way to a political partyon campus
• Shall be required to take and pass the Elections Code examination with at least an 80%
• Assist the Elections Commissioner in documenting campaign materials
• Establish at least two Mandatory Candidacy Meetings
• Shall be held accountable to working their designated poll shifts
• Assist the Elections Commissioner and Deputy Elections Commissioner and Deputy Elections
• Commissioner with any additional duties as needed.

Required QualificationsMust maintain an institutional 2.5 GPA or higher

• Must be enrolled at UNF in at least one (1) class Must be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct-Must submit a "Student Conduct Reporting Form" which may be obtained outside the Agency Advisor's office (58E/3104) upon completing the application.
