- Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, administration and management, etc.)
- Manage company's key performance indicators and provide input on the firm's operational and client strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Lead a client service and operations team
- Experience with the Registered Investment Advisor business model, its technology needs and processes
- Ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce, Black Diamond and the business intelligence tools needed to monitor key performance indicators

We founded Torren as an alternative to industry business models that we believe fail to respond to the complex needs of wealthy families. Our vision is to build an independent, employee owned business, designed from day one to remain closely held.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget and operations team, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing the technology needs of the firm). In addition, you will manage our relationships with our custodial, technology and compliance partners, along with serving as firm administrator. You will combine your leadership and management skills to lead the client service team, and ensure that we deliver a world-class experience for our clients. As a start-up, we all wear many hats and we are looking for someone to be hands-on (i.e. act as a "player-coach" across many roles in the firm).
