The manager of workforce solutions will perform all necessary management functions related to hiring supervising evaluating training educating of workforce solutions/timekeeping team. They will coordinate timekeeping process cycles for OH healthcare entities ensure timely accurate submissions lead Workforce Solution Specialists on procedures guidelines regulations analyze metrics staffing shifts meetings train employees maintain good working relationships with support areas assist Payroll Director with company acquisitions other system growth payroll projects.
