    LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our client in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time direct hire position is fully on-site and requires some occasional driving around town.

    The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling tenant inquiries, processing payments and preparing reports. This role is reporting to a Senior Manager with several other colleagues on this team. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills and would be a good fit for an applicant with 2-3 years of commercial property management experience.     Responsibilities:

    Assist with tenant relations such as collecting rent, processing payments, and responding to tenant inquiries timely

    Provide administrative support, including lease renewals, lease compliance, and distributing communications to tenants

    Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to asset and property management activities

    Coordinate property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues

    Collect outstanding balances

    Process rent payments, invoices, vendor payments, and annual tax billings

    Maintain up-to-date records

    Act as liaison for vendors and contractors

    Requires some local travel to properties

    Qualifications:

    Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants

    The anticipated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000 based upon a written compensation plan. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, biannual bonus, paid holidays, sick leave, and paid time off.
