- Take initiative to own technical issues as they arise and drive to resolution
- Support verification testing of electrical systems and track system-level electrical characteristics such as total quiescent current, total continuous current, minimum, and maximum voltage level
- The position involves collaborating closely with Vehicle Platform teams to ensure that the latest technology meets or exceeds both internal and regulatory Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements and standards.
- Responsibilities include preparing Test Plans for vehicle-level EMC validation, verifying results, and ensuring compliance..
- Additionally, the engineer will work with suppliers to develop EMC test plans and monitor the execution of EMC validation testing.
- The engineer must have a basic knowledge of electrical characteristics
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or higher degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience on EMC
- Solid understanding of EMC standards for LV and HV EMC testing on emissions
