    You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This position does not require you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

    Work Schedule:
    (40 Hours Weekly) Monday-Friday starting as early as 6am to 6pm with Saturday's 8am to 2pm possible but, always subject to change at will due to schedule.

    This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. plus mileage reimbursement.

    Regular, full-time, or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.

    Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
    Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
    Process billing information and collect payments when required.
    Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
    Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
    Travel to additional sites when needed.

    Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
    Comfortable working under minimal supervision
    Flexibility to work overtime as needed

    The PST Floater will be covering and performing laboratory computer operations, Drawing blood from patients, Assembling equipment such as: tourniquet, needles, disposable containers for needles, blood collection devices, gauze, cotton, and alcohol on work tray, according to requirements for specified tests or procedures, Performing other responsibilities as required, Work with and draw from a wide range patient cases in a confident manner, Maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations, Verifying or recording identity of patient or donor and converses with patient or donor.

    Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, comply with legal Phlebotomy regulations, Handle urine analysis, blood testing, Perform a variety of routine blood drawing procedures.
