    This Voice Up Fundraising & Development Internship offers a unique opportunity to build fundraising expertise while serving as a global community ambassador.

    The role combines traditional development work with innovative community building across 1,700+ cities and 80+ countries.

    Core Responsibilities:
    The internship covers comprehensive fundraising approaches including individual donor cultivation, foundation grants, corporate partnerships, government funding, and crowdfunding campaigns. You'll identify and recruit community ambassadors worldwide while leveraging language skills to build international supporter networks.

    Learning Outcomes:
    You'll gain expertise in multilingual fundraising, cross-cultural leadership, global community development, and comprehensive revenue stream management. The experience builds both technical fundraising skills and cultural competency for international work.


    Application Requirements:

    Participation Options:
    Academic Credit: 15-20 hours/week with university partnership

    • Volunteer: 1015 hours/week for experience building
    • Stipend: $2030/hour based on funding availability


    This internship is ideal for purpose-driven individuals interested in social impact fundraising who want to develop both traditional development skills and innovative community ambassador capabilities while working with a global organization committed to connecting people to purpose.

    Our project is a first step in raising awareness about a national health epidemic.

    All proceeds are reinvested directly into proactive strategies for improving behavioral health among youth, teens, and young adults in collaboration with community partners.
