    Job Description:
    As a

    Sr.

    Finance Systems Analyst , you will be responsible for managing the Finance and Accounting systems and related ecosystem solutions that address key business objectives, improve productivity, and support compliance.

    You will have a strong process architecture mindset and system implementation experience in Finance and Accounting Systems spanning across all tracks (Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and FP&A).

    You will also research opportunities and develop alternative solutions that meet the functional and technical requirements of the project while also collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Payroll, Engineering and business leaders to develop and implement solutions and systems.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage Finance and Accounting Technology projects/initiatives to support opportunities for efficiency and organizational effectiveness
    Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to deliver systems solutions that enable the business to meet marketplace and regulatory demands
    Identify key accounting and finance process and systems issues with short to long-range impact in collaboration with Finance and Accounting leaders and client population
    Develop and implement recommended solutions leveraging finance technology. Provide technical training and support to Finance and Accounting users
    Lead the delivery of complex projects by studying and understanding the stakeholders' requirements, identifying gaps (if any) between these and the current Finance and Accounting Technology systems and defining solutions to bridge the gap
    Collaborate with the Finance Technology Configuration, Integration and Project Management teams as well as IT, Risk, Facilities, Security and others to design solutions
    Help drive prioritization, tradeoffs, and the overall Financial systems roadmap
    Examine current business architecture designs and collaborate with other professionals to ensure successful implementation of such designs and completion of projects
    Ensure compliance to solution architectural design in the implementation of projects
    Ensure that solution architecture (software) designs are in sync with business needs
    Develop and support an IT control framework that is SOX compliant for Poshmark's financial applications. Work with our external auditors to ensure that this framework is designed and operating effectively throughout the year to minimize the need for manual and substantive procedures
    Monitor the activities of external vendors/partners working on the project(s)
    Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architecture


    6-Month Accomplishments:
    Develop deep relationships with internal Stakeholders spanning from Finance, Accounting, Revenue, and Engineering
    Create a plan and manage the roadmap for Finance processes and systems in collaboration with the Finance and Accounting team
    Enhance existing Finance processes and systems, including a new Revenue, PTP platform for core Finance and accounting systems
    Kick off and successfully execute medium to large sized Finance systems enhancements/implementation initiatives at Poshmark


    12+ Month Accomplishments:
    Develop expertise and ownership over the Leapfin Revenue Subledger and Netsuite Core Financials (GL, FA, Procurement, Cash Management etc.)
    Become a go to partner and "best friend" of the Controller, Head of FP&A, Head of Revenue and Head of Accounting Operations
    Continuous partnership with Finance and Accounting organization to build/enhance new capabilities to have efficiencies in data quality and reporting from Finance Analytics perspective
    Establish a Playbook to scale core accounting and finance processes


    Desired Skills:
    Technical experience with implementations and enhancements of Finance and Accounting Platforms (Oracle ERP including core Financial Modules, Netsuite, Adaptive Insights etc...)
    Typically requires a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
    Experience leading Finance and Accounting transformational initiatives for growing organizations
    Experience working with Vendors and system integrators to implement Finance, Accounting, and boundary systems and work on enhancements related to the same
    Experience building IT General controls in Accounting and Finance processes and systems
    Experience with implementation and integration of FP&A systems is strongly preferred
    CPA designation is preferred
    Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering


    Salary Range:
    $125, $177,500.00 Annual
