A person, who, under the general supervision of the CNP central office staff and a school principal has the overall supervisory responsibility of a school food service operation.
Basic responsibilities include the supervision of a staff of employees, implementation, and coordination of food services to ensure high standards of nutrition, food production, and student service along with opening and closing the kitchen facility.
