    We are searching for a talented Patient Access Representative - Rehab

    $1,500 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)

    Hours: 40hrs

    Shift: Day shift; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Tuesday 7:30am - 3:00pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm

    Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital Fall River, MA

    Responsibilities:

    Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:
    • High school graduate or GED is required.
    • Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
    • Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
    • Computer experience a must.
    • Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day.
    • Exceptional customer service skills are required.
    • Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
    • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
    Pay Range:
    USD $ USD $27.50 /Hr.
