    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly capable 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor with manufacturing and maintenance experience. This individual will be responsible for supervising production equipment, documenting production information, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, with experience operating equipment, driving forklifts, and leading production teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations
    • Develop standard operating procedures and train production associates
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and product specifications
    • Maintain product quality assurance and actively participate in the Safety Committee
    • Establish, assign, and prioritize workflow, staffing, and schedules
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical support to resolve stoppages or failures
    • Lead daily production reviews and communicate results to operations management

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma, with some level of college coursework preferred
    • At least 10 years of manufacturing experience operating equipment, driving forklifts
    • 2-3 years' experience as a manufacturing or production lead or supervisor, dealing with people management
    • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and time management abilities
    • Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

    Compensation:

    The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
