Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our executive office.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth workflows, supporting senior leadership, and maintaining a professional environment that reflects our organization's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all administrative functions within the executive office.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule and organize executive meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
Oversee office budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor relationships.
Support office staff, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or executive-level administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in vendor management and office facilities coordination.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
High adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment.
