- Implement Temprecision International sales strategies, educate and convert the customer base.
- Analyze records of present and past account sales, understand results, interpret trends, and report to leadership.
- An individual with a Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred or must have equivalent experience working in a sales role.
- An individual with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of B2B field sales experience in a competitive environment prospecting for new business is strongly preferred.
- An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset is required.
- An individual with previous experience working with pharma and life sciences is strongly preferred. Previous experience in cold chain distribution is a plus.
- An individual who can think logically and scientifically and use data to support decisions, actions, etc.).
- An individual who can execute an individual sales plan is strongly preferred.
- An individual who has experience making cold calls is required.
- An individual with previous sales experience selling $15k - 100k annualized solutions while working on a 1-to-12-week sales cycle
- An individual who has moderate proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook. Experience using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
- An individual who has exceptional listening and etiquette skills when using phone, virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet) with an above average problem-solving ability.
- An individual who is able to travel domestically approximately 25-50% of the time. The majority of travel will be by car and will primarily be within the east to southeast part of the U.S. This area is subject to expand based on potential customer opportunities.

WHAT WE NEED:
Temprecision International is seeking a Sales Manager who is a goal-oriented, high achiever with prior success calling on temperature sensitive mail order gourmet food, chemicals, or life sciences in a highly competitive market, where your product (service) was one of their many options to choose. You must be able to work from the customer's perspective, able to clearly understand and process their needs, have strong closing skills, be a networker, and willing to prospect. The Sales Manager must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to make cold calls to potential new customers.
We are looking for someone who currently resides in the eastern part of the U.S. Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years of experience managing a territory and who has experience working in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences industries.
