- Comfortable working as a Project Architect
- Initiates, coordinates, and manages the documentation process in Revit &/or CAD for K-14 projects
- Ensures the technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable codes and standards
- Perform analytical tasks
- Initiates and manages documentation standards
- Collaborates with the design team to develop constructible solutions
- Collaborates and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of Architecture Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Architect for K-14 education work
- Experience on agency reviews such as DSA, local jurisdictions, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT, Enscape
- Licensed Architect preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-starter

Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division offers a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.
Join our team as a Project Architect specializing in K-14 education projects. We're seeking motivated individuals with years of experience who thrive on challenges and excel in communication. As a successful candidate, you'll be involved in all project phases, collaborating with design team, consultants, contractors, and clients. You'll contribute to brainstorming sessions, produce construction documents, and see your ideas implemented.
