    SIGN ON BONUS:
    $15,000

    • Experience:2 years of NICU experience required to be eligible for the sign-on bonus. New hires must have a minimum of two years of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience. Additionally, candidates must either be currently employed in a NICU or have NICU experience within the past three years.

    Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCUUtilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of careGuide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient careCommunicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePositively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experienceWhat you will need:

    Education:
    Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferredCertification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)

    License:
    Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL requiredExperience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year MCH experience preferredUnique or
