Job Description
The Biorepository Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that all functions related to processing samples are completed accurately and according to SOPs.The incumbent is responsible for helping others and ensuring that customer interests are considered.
Manage day to day operations over the site, which includes but not limited to, lab operations, facilities, people management,
vendor management. Communicate with key stakeholders across the organization to leverage functional expertise of the organization Serve as
the primary contact for key site customers and act as technical lead Provide sample management subject matter expertise to current
and potential clients Ensure customer expectations are met and site activities are in compliance with the quality management system Manage all aspects of site- including personnel,
productivity general inventory departmental metrics resources Enforce all policies procedures Quality compliance Effectively communicate all departmental affairs needed provide data reports documentation requested Communicate regularly sales account managers develop relationships targeted clients Oversee receipt packages sample data entry accessioning samples labeling assigning storage locations samples needed Respond after-hours emergencies ensure integrity facility products maintained Ensure weekly monthly daily maintenance completed SOPs Promote culture continuous process improvement leading participating implementing improvements
