Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Robinson. As an essential member of our manufacturing solutions team, you will be responsible for assembling large/heavy metal structures using hand tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble metal components and structures according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machinery.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure that finished products meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including welders, fabricators, and supervisors, to optimize workflow and achieve project deadlines.
• Maintenance and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in metal fabrication or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a construction assembler or similar role in a metal fabrication environment.
• Skillset: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machinery.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
