    Your responsibilities


    Job Summary

    thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is now seeking a Customer Service Plant Liaison to be based out of our location in Toledo, OH.

    Shift Hours: Monday - Saturday, 5:00pm-3:30am. Starting hourly rate $17.10, weekly pay, benefits starting within 30 days of employment.

    Key Accountabilities:

    Interface with the customer and the facility to resolve issues to prevent disruptions and defects in the customer's daily operations.
    Drives process improvements, troubleshoots issues and performs root cause analysis to ensure excellent service levels to customer.
    Uses strong communication skills and always adhere to a high level of personal and professional presentation as this is a client facing role.
    Works with employees to meet all customer goals and requirements.

    Job Description

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Previous quality process experience is required; exposure to or knowledge of the assembly process is ideal.
    • High school Diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong attention to detail.
