    Job Description

  • Demonstrate a high level of client service with account leadership and the Finance team.
  • Oversee the client billing processes to ensure proper fee calculation, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with JLL account leadership to determine ways to improve client profitability and service.
  • Hold client meetings to review monthly variance reporting and create cohesive story explaining variances.
  • Manage the period-end client closing activities to ensure integrity and accuracy of the client-facing financial reports with the assistance of JLL accounting staff.
  • Provide leadership for the annual client budget and periodic forecast processes.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with each client as a member of the JLL account leadership team.
  • Lead operational improvements for monthly forecasts and reporting.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of and compliance with the client Master Services Agreements (MSA's).
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain all necessary accounting controls within the framework of GAAP and JLL policies.
  • Manage the JLL corporate accounting requirements including oversight of the JLL client-specific income statement, periodic budgeting, and corporate receivables.
  • Manage the performance and workload of assigned Finance team staff.
  • Facilitate ad hoc reporting and other projects as required by manager or client.
  • Here are the qualifications we would like to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Management/supervisory experience preferred
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Experience with enterprise-class general ledger systems is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
  • Understanding of and commitment to client service
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
  • Estimated compensation for this position is:

    100,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per year
