Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures which comply with applicable department rules.
• Complete, file and maintain all personnel files.
• Manage employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, etc.
• Ensure all employees meet qualifications and training requirements
• Adhere to state regulations governing Developmental Disabilities Agencies and Residential Habilitation services.
• Ensure Developmental Concepts, Inc. provides a safe, natural environment using materials conducive to training and skill development.
• Ensure Developmental Concepts, Inc. meets the highest standards of practice.
• Participate in hiring, firing, training and supervising employees of Developmental Concepts, Inc.
• Follow up with participant and employee grievances.
• Prepare official reports.
• Assist with coordinating the administrative functions of the organization.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to pass a Criminal History Background Check.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• 1+ years of management experience
