PURPOSE AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Managers to implement and maintain initiatives and policies to support the overall organizational execute short and long-term service and support strategy, leveraging best practices and technology to expand service capabilities, ensuring consistent, high-value and cost-effective service lead collaborative evaluation and delivery of external service tools and software systems that aid in overall consumer experience and service delivery for continuous improvement to support scalability and high-volume business other department heads to ensure delivery of a seamless experience to all customers across each maintaining client relationships through the application of the organization's ability to deliver fast and effective solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ENGINEERING, DESIGN AND ESTIMATING

recruiting, training, and development program, collaborating with Human Resources as needed. Assign mentor(s) to each new hire to guide through initial training.

Host frequent follow-up meetings with each new team member and mentor(s) to ensure successful training.quantifiable metrics by which each team member, including Leads and Managers should be held accountable.dashboards to measure, manage and communicate performance.quarterly reviews with all team members, to serve as a platform by which to communicate performance, coach, mentor, and address specific events in which the employee was impactful, both positively and negatively.

Keep any/all Professional Development Plans on track, promoting career effective management of leadtimes, working with Estimating and Design Managers to ensure all resources are being best leveraged to serve customer's needs and manage effective and efficient Quality Control processes with the objective to produce quality designs for both submittal and production and drive VE efforts in estimating to ensure competitive and manage respective members of M&A team to successfully integrate newly acquired businesses.
