If so, this job could be your jam Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join the team In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives by managing various marketing and administrative tasks.
If you have experience in graphic design and have experience in the medical field, you could be our ideal candidate.
Once trained, and comfortable, this position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (with up to two days a week to work on projects from home).

Do I want this job?You will be working in our West Des Moines office. You will have conversations with vendors, staff, managers and external stakeholders.You are an organized individual who can maintain branded marketing material, navigate 365 Office Suite, Adobe Creative, and prioritize daily tasks.
You will assist in various marketing initiatives, including being the go to person for communications and branded products for external and internal projects.
You have a knack for social medial campaigns and come to the table with ideas. You will manage the stock of items needed for a medical practice, including forms, business cards, and marketing inventory.You will work in a place that expects outstanding experiences; we do this by assuming the best and being curious with all around us.
You will be naturally curious, friendly and helpful. You are able to be a team player, and still have autonomy for projects related and within scope.Can I do this job?You must be able to be on the phone or sit at a desk for extended periods of time that may seem unnatural.
You must have a high school diploma or GED. We prefer at minimum 60 credit hours of post high school training. You have graphic design experience. You might even have a portfolio Prior experience working in a medical office, preferred although not required. You are an excellent communicator in both oral and written formats.
