    Description
    Blooms and BladeWorks Landscaping is currently looking for General Laborers/Green Team Members to join our team On site and off site, this position entails helping with the overall function of the nursery and courtyard while being versatile with off-site work such as landscaping projects, plantings, and as the seasons progress, snow removal. We are looking for hardworking persons who enjoy getting their hands dirty, and working in all kinds of weather.

    Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to on-site duties (i.e. customer service, tree maintenance, plant care)
    • Clean up customers yards
    • Plant trees and landscape
    • Use tools of the trade
    • Work diligently to provide our customers the best-finished product available

    Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of plant material, planting, and landscape is a plus.
    • Good communication skills and time management
    • Enjoy working in the dirt and able to work in all types of weather
    • Ability to handle basics of tape measures, basic math
    • A valid driver's license is required; a CDL is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • HONESTY, RELIABILITY, HARD WORKING.

    Compensation based on experience.

    BladeWorks Landscaping started in 1992. We provide commercial and residential property care: landscaping, lawn services, tree care, snow removal, and commercial holiday lighting.

    Over the years, our landscaping business grew and we began to see the need to open our own retail garden center to better serve our clients. Blooms Garden Center and Gift Shop opened in 2017. We carry annuals, vegetables, herbs, perennials, grasses, shrubs, evergreens and trees. The Gift Shop is filled with unique gifts, handmade goods, houseplants and home and garden décor.
