    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESWound Care Managers serve as a resource for physicians and clinical staff.
    General Nursing duties.
    Ensures optimal wound healing and quality care for patient with complex wounds.
    Manage staff.
    Complete payroll processing.
    Hire and post open positions in the office.
    Assist with billing of visits and labs.
    Order supplies for the office.

    Develop and implement wound care services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the hospital and the directives of the medical staff.

    Monitor patient progress and treatment plans.
    May involve wound cleaning, debridement and selecting suitable dressings.
    Provide patient, family and staff education regarding wound management. This includes educating on prevention of pressure ulcers, support surfaces, dressing selections, and other therapies.
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEMust be a licensed RN in the state of Illinois.#J-18808-Ljbffr
